Description of services
- REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd is a business in the motor vehicle registration and licensing industry that provides a service to customers regarding their registration, licensing and number plates needs.
- The client hereby accepts the Agreement that REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd requires the acceptance of authority by the client to REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd in order to access any required information pertaining to vehicle licensing on behalf of the client. The client hereby agrees that when authority is granted to REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd, REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd may complete all documentation required for processing licensing on the clients behalf throughout South Africa. Please note that acceptance and agreement of consent to process any from of transaction on behalf of the dealership or client whether part of the dealership clientele or private is herby given and accepted by REGISTRATION24 PTY Ltd in any manner if a written email, fax, letter, Whatsapp, SMS or telephonically. The above is construed as a binding approval and acceptance grant to Registraion 24 PTY Ltd to perform any and all necessary requirements to obtain the required and desirable outcome pertaining to the required vehicle documententation on behalf of the dealership clientele or private transactions as prescribed.

- Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard

Card acquiring and security
- Card transactions will be acquired for REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
- Customer details will be stored by REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
- The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
- REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Variation
- REGISTRATION 24 PTY Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Errors and Omissions. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, neither Party hereto shall be prejudiced in any way by inadvertent errors or omissions made by such Party in connection with this Agreement provided such errors and omissions are corrected promptly following discovery thereof. Upon the discovery of an inadvertent error or omission by either Party hereto, appropriate adjustments shall be made as soon as practicable to restore the Parties to the fullest extent possible to the position they would have been in had no such inadvertent error or omission occurred.
